SEAFOOD MASTERCLASS

Join Angela for a fabulous intensive day of seafood preparation and cooking. We will be taking care of a seasonal catch, fresh from Ashton’s Fishmongers, which will include 3 fish, a selection of shellfish and squid. You will de-scale, gut, fillet, pin-bone, skin, de-beard and portion the selection. Angela will prepare some tasters such as baked oysters and salmon sashimi to be tasted in class. You will then turn your catch into some simple, but delicious dishes to take home.

Here is your menu:

* Hot Smoked Mackerel with Coriander and Lime relish

* Asian style Fish in a Bag Supper

* Goan Style Fish Curry

You will also enjoy a seafood lunch of a classic French Bourride, prepared by the class and served with Rouille and Croutons

Please bring the following to take home your dishes-

  • 1 rectangular container for your mackerel
  • 1L container for your curry
  • We will supply you with the bag for your fish
