About Angela

Angela opened the doors to her Cookery School at Llanerch Vineyard in April 2010. She is now in her 14th successful year. During this time the School has been voted into the Top 10 UK Cookery Schools by The Independent and The Telegraph, it has also been shortlisted for the Best Cookery School at the Great British Food Awards, and chosen to join an elite selection of 50 top schools in The National Cookery School Guide.

With her daughter Olivia by her side, Angela will be moving her classes to her new venture "At Home with Angela Gray" where cooking classes with be more in depth and intimate with just 5 people per class. She will also open her dining room for private events and her own supper evenings. Angela continues as a contributor to BBC Radio 4s The Kitchen Cabinet hosted by Jay Rayner, and BBC Radio Wales Foodie Fridays with Eleri Sion.

Recipe Books by Angela Gray

It’s an exciting time at the Cookery School as Angela has completed her seasonal recipe collection. All books are now available, Autumn, Spring, Summer, Winter and Festive.
In addition, during Lockdown, Angela compiled a special collection of recipes inspired by the classes at the Cookery School. This became her 6th book "Delicious Bundles", the recipes formed part of weekly menus when the School became a take-away operation for 18 months.
Her 7th book has just been completed and is all about bread, it is due for release on September 8th. You can purchase personally signed copies at Angela's courses and events.
