This course explores some real Greek classics that are real crowd pleasers; perfect for relaxed summer entertaining. We will use a range of knife skills, cover brining, basic grilling and making flat breads.  There will be delicious food to take home and enjoy during class.


  • Souvlaki (marinated chicken kebabs)
  • Flatbreads and Tzatziki – We will serve this for lunch with the souvlaki, and chips – there will be extras to take home
  • Keftedes – Greek Meatballs in a rich tomato sauce, finished with feta
  • Spanikopita (delicious spinach and feta pie)
  • Kadaifi dessert with Pistachio and Rosewater

All recipes and notes will be sent via email following the class

Please bring 2 x 1L containers. We will wrap your flatbread and you will need a plate for your dessert.
