A booking with us is only completed when payment is made in full. Bookings are made on a first come, first served basis.
No refunds can be given, but should you need to change your booking with us, you can transfer to another course/date provided we receive notice at least 14 days notice prior to the date of your initial course or event. To notify us of this request, please email enquiries@angelagray.co.uk.
If you, or any of your group, cancel a place less than 14 days prior to the course/event, no refunds or replacement course will be offered.
If you are unable to attend an event, you are welcome to send someone in your place, even at very short notice. However, you must notify us in advance if you wish to do this. Please contact the Llanerch Vineyard office on 01443 222716 so that a message can be passed to our staff at the cookery school.
If you are unable to attend a class due to adverse weather conditions, illness or other personal circumstances our booking and cancellation policy still applies. We ask that in all circumstances, you contact the Llanerch Vineyard office on 01443 222716 so that a message can be passed to our staff at the cookery school to prevent any delay to the start of the cookery class or event. Please do not email at short notice.
We reserve the right to change the content on any course without prior notification or consultation. Dishes listed in course descriptions are only a guide to course content. Amendments may be made at our discretion.
In the unfortunate event of a course being cancelled by us, Angela Gray’s Cookery School, you will receive the offer of a space on another course. We will always try and give you as much notice as possible but cannot be liable for other costs or expenses that you may incur.
Customers are allowed to take photographs during the course or event, but we ask that they remain sensitive to the privacy of other class participants.
Ingredients, utensils, knives, equipment and aprons are provided for all courses. Some meals are included in the course cost – please see appropriate course details for further information. We do not provide containers for the dishes you need to transport home with you at the end of a class but a selection will be available to purchase from the school.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase, with the course/event attended within this time period. If a gift voucher is lost by you, and we cannot find a record of it, it cannot be replaced. Refunds are not available on gift voucher purchases, nor can gift vouchers be exchanged for cash or other goods. Gift vouchers are transferable, so if you have voucher and you are unable to redeem it before it expires, you may pass the voucher code to someone else. Please note that our gift vouchers can only be redeemed at The Angela Gray Cookery School.

Our prices change from time to time to reflect increases in our food costs. The prices on our website are current.
