It’s time to get ready for the busy festive season and what better way to do so than by joining Angela for a creative day making some stunning dishes to pop in the freezer for later. You will work through a range of great skills, with beautiful ingredients and there will be no interruptions!

Everyone attending will receive a signed copy of Angela’s Festive Recipe Collection Book to take home.

Here’s your lovely menu and lunch with bubbles is included. Your menu will serve 8

  • Cured Salmon
  • Ballotine of Duck
  • Madeira sauce
  • Root Vegetable Dauphinoise
  • Jalousie
  • Lunch- White onion Velouté served with a selection of Little Savouries

Please bring the following to take you food home in:-

  • 1 x 500ml container for your stock/sauce
  • 1 x 12″ plate/tin/box for your jalousie
  • We will wrap the rest!
