After an amazing and thoroughly busy year at Llanerch Vineyard Cookery School, I am really excited about the launch of my new website. The final touches are being added to ensure there is a delicious collection of treats on the menu.

You can expect all the latest news from the school, scrummy seasonal recipes and my recommendations on where to shop and dine. You will be able to go behind the scenes with Jay Rayner for The One Show, see my kitchen ‘must haves’, follow me out and about at festivals and I'll also be introducing you to some of my foodie friends along the way.
