COOK THE BOOK – BREAD

This course will reflect the excitement of Angela’s new Bread Cookery Book, which was published in Summer 2022. Come and join her and enjoy making a wonderful array of different breads to take home.

The recipes are classics from around the World and will explore different techniques and skills.

Each guest will receive a signed copy of the Book on the day and you will make the following menu:

  • Catalan Coca Bread – this will be your lunch with a delicious salad
  • Irish Soda Bread with Honey and Oats
  • Focaccia al Rosmarino
  • Cottage Loaf
  • Man’ouche with Za’atar

Please bring a bag to take home your breads – thank you.
