This is a very special Supper Club, hosted and cooked by Angela featuring recipes from her Summer Recipes Book.

Memories of sunny locations burn very brightly in Angela’s latest Summer Recipe Collection. From Porthcawl beach to St Jean Cap Ferrat she will be sharing some of the highlights in her Seasonal Supper Club

Menu

  • Fizz on arrival
  • Canapés: Mini  Courgette Fritter, Hot Smoked Salmon on Mini Rosti and Marinated Cheese Crostini
  • Slow Roasted Heirloom Tomatoes with Pesto Genovese
  • Spiced Crab Tart or Provencal Tart
  • Watermelon and Strawberry Slush Puppy
  • Mediterranean Style Slow Roasted Barbecued Lamb with 3 Sauces- Tzatziki, Skordalia and tapenade or Aubergine and Mozzarella Sandwich with Smoked Red Pepper Sauce
  • Cassis and Rose Summer Pudding with Jelly and Ice Cream

Tickets are £55 which includes:

  • delicious canapes and a glass of fizz on arrival
  • a celebratory taster menu (above)
  • an introduction by Angela
