Angela Cooks The Book!  A Special Book Launch Dining Event

Celebrate St Davids Day in style as Angela and her team host a special evening showcasing some of the highlights from the newly released Spring Collection publication, hot off the press and personally signed for every guest.  The focus of the menu will be based on ingredients sourced from Wales to create a memorable fest.  Each dish is a personal memory for Angela, of time spent globe trotting and sharing the ingredients and wonderful flavours from our country.

Our team will create an informal and relaxed dining room where you will be treated to a rolling feast starting with delicious canapés and fizz.   Expect non-stop indulgence and a fabulous foodie atmosphere!
