On this course our cooks will learn how to make the perfect pastry to make a classic Quiche Lorraine. Then, we will make some delicious Choux Buns filled with Chantilly Cream and drizzled with Chocolate!
Please bring a 10″ plate for your quiche and a cake tin for your choux buns.
