This course explores some real Greek classics that are real crowd pleasers; perfect for relaxed summer entertaining. We will use a range of knife skills, cover brining, basic barbecuing and make flat breads.  There will be delicious food to take home and enjoy during class.

Here is your menu-

  • Souvlaki (marinated chicken kebabs)
  • Flatbreads and Tzatziki – we will serve this for lunch with the souvlaki, there will be extras to take home
  • Succulent Stuffed Peppers and Tomatoes
  • Spanikopita (delicious spinach and feta pie)
  • Greek yoghurt cake with citrus syrup and almonds
