We love Spanish/Catalan food, and on this course we will be preparing and cooking a range of delicious classic dishes.  It will be the perfect feast to share and will feed 4 people, so get the invites out!

• Coca – traditional bread with Roasted Onions, Aubergines and Peppers
• Paella cooked outside on the BBQ for lunch
• Baked Chicken with Saffron and Sherry
• Baked Rice and Currants with Chickpeas
• Lemon and Olive Oil Cake
