It’s our last hands on course of the year and we are going out in a celebratory mood. Why not join us with friends for an evening of fun creating some delicious canapés that you can take home and freeze. Angela will be laying on some bubbles and nibbles to keep you going whilst you work.

Here is our menu-

* Prawn and Sesame Toasts

* Spiced Chicken and Chorizo Rolls

* Mushroom and Chestnut Wontons

* Sweet potato and Chilli Fritters

Angela will be cooking her demonstration Canapés so you can try them all in class. Yours will be wrapped up to freeze at home so you can enjoy them with friends and family. Please bring 4 medium containers to take your canapés home in.
