You will use a fabulous collection of seasonal ingredients and draw on inspiration from classic dishes from a Mediterranean kitchen.

  • Armenian Losh Kebab, made with Welsh Lamb with Rice and Lentils- Lunch
  • Poussin Stuffed with Cous Cous, Raisins and Almonds
  • Itheca Pie (Feta, Spring Herbs and Spinach)
  • Lamuchan with Ground Welsh Beef and Pickled Chilies

Please bring the following to take your food home in:

  • 1 Litre container for the poussin
  • We will provide the container for the pie
  • A plate for the Lamuchan
