Explore the Southern region of India in this spice infused class.  Learn about spices, how to roast and blend them and create a stunning fest to take home and share.

  • Prawn and Tamarind Curry
  • Chicken Chettinad
  • Konkani Lamb Curry
  • Chickpea Curry

You will also make your own spice blend of Garam Masala and a special Southern Style curry spice mix to take home and use.

Angela will demonstrate a seafood curry, this will be served with rice for lunch.
