- Garam Masala – we will prepare, roast and blend classic spices to make this amazing aromatic mix and also give you a pot to take home.
- Dal Tadka – a spicy comforting curry using toor dal, red lentils and split pigeon peas, and our wonderful fresh garam masala
- Palak Paneer – a delicious and lightly spiced Indian cheese (paneer) curry with spinach and garam masala
- Traditional Rogan Josh, using local Welsh Lamb
- Chicken Biryani with Raita and Pickled Vegetables for lunch
