This day is a “must” for curry or spice lovers.  Join Angela for one of her favourite courses of the year where she will take you on an exciting spice journey.  Discover the art of roasting and blending spices and then create the essence of some amazing Northern Indian inspired curries.

Here is your menu:

  • Garam Masala – we will prepare, roast and blend classic spices to make this amazing aromatic mix and also give you a pot to take home.
  • Dal Tadka – a spicy comforting curry using toor dal, red lentils and split pigeon peas, and our wonderful fresh garam masala
  • Palak Paneer – a delicious and lightly spiced Indian cheese (paneer) curry with spinach and garam masala
  • Traditional Rogan Josh, using local Welsh Lamb
  • Chicken Biryani with Raita and Pickled Vegetables for lunch
