Paris in the summertime is just beautiful. Take long strolls through the parks or along the boulevards lined with trees, see shop windows dressed to celebrate the new season; it’s very special.

We will be creating some of that feeling in our kitchen, so why not join us as we recreate a little Parisian Bistro. You will prepare and cook a menu of delicious classic, seasonal dishes that come together to form the perfect supper for friends and family.

The day will include a wide range of skills and classic cooking techniques, plus a little French here and there, so you will feel like a pro as you work through the recipes! These are from Angela’s personal collection during her time working in Paris.

Refreshments and lunch are included, and you will take home everything you make and receive the recipes/notes via email following the class.

Here is your lovely menu:

Pain de Mie (Bread), Fromage Blanc with Garlic and Herbs
Rillettes of Salmon, Pickled Vegetables
2 Cheese Soufflé’s with Tomato Vélouté, Summer Leaf Salad – served for lunch
Coq au Vin Blanc – this will include jointing, marinating and making stock
Tart Tatin

Please bring containers to take all of your Parisian dishes home with you.
