MEDITERRANEAN FEAST

This is one of our favourite summer courses exploring the flavours of the Mediterranean. Angela will be sharing some recipes that will come together to form an amazing feast to share with friends and family.  The course is layered with a variety of skills from using your knife, mincing meat with spices, roasting and blending spices, using a BBQ, marinating, pastry and dough work.  All in all a terrific culinary work out!

Here is our fabulous Menu-

  • Youvesti – Slow cooked Greek style lamb with orzo
  • Roasted Vegetable Pastilla with Chermoula
  • Arroz con Pollo – Spanish one-pot chicken and rice dish with seasonal salad- this will be served for lunch with homemade bread and Romesco Sauc. There will be a portion of this for you to take home
  • Mezze Trio Green Goddess Hummus, Lebneh with Za’atarand Roasted Carrot with Miso

Please bring the following to take home your feast-

  • 1 x 1L container
  • 1 large plate for your pastilla
  • 3 ramekins for your mezze
