This is one of our favourite summer courses exploring the flavours of the Mediterranean. Angela will be sharing some recipes that will come together to form an amazing feast to share with friends and family.  The course is layered with a variety of skills from using your knife, mincing meat with spices, roasting and blending spices, using a BBQ, marinating, pastry and dough work.  All in all a terrific culinary work out!

Here is our fabulous Menu-

  • Armenian Losh Kebab, made with Welsh Lamb and hot smoked on the BBQ, served with Rice and Lentils; Roasted and Pickled Summer Vegetables- Lunch
  • Brined and Lightly Spiced Chicken Stuffed with Cous Cous, Raisins and Almonds
  • Itheca Pie (Grecian Pie filled with Feta, Spring Herbs and Spinach)
  • Lamuchan (Turkish flat bread) topped with Ground Welsh Beef, sumac, lebneh and Pickled Chilies

Please bring the following to take home your feast-

  • 1 x 500ml container
  • 1 large bowl or casserole dish for your chicken
  • we will pack your pie and Lamuchan
