The cuisine of the Levantine is fragrant, complex and totally delicious.  It is perfect for entertaining as you can make just about everything in advance, leaving you to enjoy yourself with friends. I love sharing dishes, it makes the dining experience more fun and less informal.  This is such a lovely menu to prepare and you will pick up lots of tips and skills along the way.

Menu:

  • Fatteh – Lebanese Hummus with Spiced Roasted Chickpeas, Candied Lemon and Parsley Oil
  • Manakish Flatbread with Za’ata
  • Muhammara – A delicious mezze dip with Roasted Red Peppers, Onions, Garlic, Walnuts and Smoked Paprika
  • Marinated Feta
  • Sweet Spiced Lamb with Aromatic Saffron Rice
  • Seasonal Fish and Prawns in Spicy Tomato Sauce with Roasted Carrots and Labneh – this will be your lunch

All notes and recipes form the course will be sent via email following the class.

Please bring the following to take your delicious food home: 3 dinner plates, 2 x 500g containers for lamb and rice, we will wrap your flat breads.
