As we approach the end of our BBQ course run for 2019, we will be welcoming Autumn with a fabulous BBQ day. Seasonal ingredients are in abundance at this time of year, so will be making the most of what we have. The course will include, brining, smoking, preparing rubs, marinades and glazes so that you have all the basic skills to get the most out of your Q.

- Brined and roasted Fish Fillet with a Spiced Crust
- Roast Lemon with Smoked Creme Fraiche
- Hot Smoked Welsh Beef Rump, Chmichurri
- Roasted Squash, Red Onion with Balsamic and Molasses
- Wild Mushroom Risotto- Lunch
- Seared Veal Steak with Aromatic Rub- Lunch
- Sticky Almond Cake with Roasted Plums

- 1 x 300ml container.
- We will wrap some things for you.
