We are very much looking forward to welcoming you to our Festive Lunch Club on Saturday 9th December 2023.

Here is the detail of my demonstrations/lunch and detail of the day, which I hope you will enjoy. Please do let us know of any dietary requirements at the time of booking.

Arrival and welcome: Mulled cider and teas/coffees.

Demonstration 1:
Seafood Shells – An interpretation of Coquilles St. Jacques
Pork and Duck Terrine with Porcini and Green peppercorns with Fruit Bread; Onion and Port Relish
Marinated Cheese with Confit Leeks

Demonstration 2:
Slow Cooked Middle Eastern Lacquered Lamb, Roasted Onion and Lebneh Pastilla
Chicken en Croute with Parmesan Cream and Parma Ham Crumb Stuffed
Roast Squash with Fresh Ricotta, Toasted Nut Crumb, Winter Tomato Sauce

BREAK and bar opens:
Canapés and Prosecco Cocktail
Cheese on Toast with Confit Leek
Pork and Duck Terrine on fruit Toast with Onion and Port Relish

Mont Blanc – A 3 Tier Showstopper
Poached Mini Pears in our Festive Liqueur
Caribbean Black Cake with Candied Citrus

Chicken Breast en Croute with Parmesan Cream and Parma Ham Crumb
Winter Greens with Chestnuts and Confit Shallot
Candied Carrots
Stuffed, Roast Squash with homemade Ricotta, Toasted Nut Crumb, Winter Tomato Velouté

Poached pear with mini–Caribbean Black Cake, Nutmeg, and homemade candied Clementine and Ice cream

Infamous Raffle of the Showstopper Demonstration dishes. There will also be lots of Christmas Showstopper raffle prizes to win, so please do bring your £1 coins to participate. The proceeds go towards several amazing Charities we support throughout the year.

You may buy drinks on the day, and we will be offering some other baked goodies and preserves for you to purchase, both on the day and as a pre-ordering service.
