This is a fantastic day for spice lovers. We just love hosting our curry courses, there is always a buzz in the kitchen and the atmosphere is deliciously aromatic. On this course you will roast and blend spices to form the base of some amazing curries from around the world. You will take home everything you make, learn a great range of prep and cooking skills and we will also make a fabulous lunch together.
