We just love the world of spices!  On this course Angela will take you on a trip around the world with a spice aroma session where you can enjoy the essential oil characteristics each of them can bring to a dish.

You will then get busy roasting and blending some classic combinations to make 4 amazing, authentic curries all from scratch. You will take home everything you make, plus you will also make a fabulous lunch together.


  • Thailand- Jungle Curry with Chicken
  • Pakistan- Chana Masala (V)
  • Indonesia- Hot and Sour Fish and Prawn Curry- Lunch with Nasi Kuning Rice
  • Rajasthan- Fiery Lamb Curry

Please bring the following to take home your feast:

  • 3 x 1.5L containers
  • We will wrap your pancakes and any relishes
