CLASSIC CURRIES

We just love the world of spices!  On this course Angela will take you on a trip around the world with a spice aroma session where you can enjoy the essential oil characteristics each of them can bring to a dish.

You will then get busy roasting and blending some classic combinations to make 4 amazing, authentic curries all from scratch. You will take home everything you make, plus you will also make a fabulous lunch together.

Here is your menu:

  • South India – Vegetable Curry with Lentils and Dosa Pancakes
  • Pakistan – Lamb Passanda
  • Thailand – Green Curry with Fish
  • Britain – Chicken Tikka Masala and Perfect Rice, fresh chutneys and naan. This will be your lunch.

Please bring the following to take home your feast:

  • 3 x 1.5L containers
  • We will wrap your pancakes and any relishes
