Chinese New Year 2019 will be year of the Pig.   We will be celebrating our love for Chinese food at the cookery School with a stunning menu of delicious feast worthy dishes.

You will prepare and cook the following:

  • Celebrate- Whole Chinese Duck cooked on the BBQ with a Double Glaze
  • To go with- Winter Greens with Toasted Peanuts, Garlic and Sesame
  • Increased Prosperity- Steamed Chinese Fish with Stir-fried Noodles – Lunch
  • For Luck- delicious dumplings- we will turn this into a soup
  • For Wealth- Little Spring Rolls

Please bring the following to take your food home-

  • A large sheet of foil for your duck
  • 1x 500ml container for the Greens
  • 1 x 1L container for Dumplings and soup
  • 1 x 500ml container for the spring rolls
