We love baking! Out fabulous Circiotherm ovens ensure we get great results every time. We will be covering a range of delicious baked goodies using our favourite butter from “Castle Dairies”.

The perfect farmhouse loaf.
Melt in the mouth butter tarts.
Blood Orange drizzle cake.
Savoury baklava.
Angela will make a classic French gougere with garlic mushrooms, spinach and gruyere which will be served for lunch, you will make some mini gougeres to take home
