AUTUMN TUSCAN KITCHEN

In this class Angela will take you through a seasonal Tuscan menu.  You will make pasta by hand, seasonal pesto,

Menu:

  • Classic full bodied Ribolata – a stunning soup full of goodness using cannellini beans, bread and cavolo nero, finished with Pangratata. This will be served for lunch with some Charcuterie and Cheese.
  • Slow Cooked Short Rib Welsh Beef cooked in Chianti
  • Fresh hand made Gnocchi
  • Tuscan Autumn Pesto
  • Chocolate and Pistachio Cantuccini

Please bring the following to take home your dishes:

  • 1 x 2L container
  • 1 x 1L container
  • 1 jam jar for the pesto
  • 1 plate for your cantuccini
