Join us for a fun packed day preparing some Italian classics inspired by the seasonal larder.  All the recipes are taken from Angela’s lovely Autumn Recipe Collection book and you will get a signed copy to take home with you.

So, get ready to roll up your sleeves and get busy as you create a fabulous feast to take home.  You will also prepare a lovely lunch together and relax with a glass of something chilled.  Here’s your menu, it will serve 4:

  • Agnolotti Pasta Filled with Potato, Truffle and Porcini
  • Roasted Leek Salad
  • Stuffed and Rolled Pork Tenderloin, Autumn Nut Pesto, Creamed Polenta
  • Ribolita with Pangratata, Baked Dolcelatte with Damson Cheese- Lunch
  • Amaretti and Lemon Puddings

Please bring:

  • 1 x 1L container
  • 2 x 500ml containers
  • A cake tin or box for your little puddings
