Join us for a fun packed day preparing some Italian classics inspired by the seasonal larder. You will experience a range of skills including making fresh pasta, preparing, trimming, stuffing and trussing meat, whipping up a delicious dessert and much more.

So, get ready to roll up your sleeves and get busy as you create a fabulous feast to take home.


Angela’s will demonstrate her delicious seasonal Minestrone with Pangrattata and mixed Crostini – this will be your lunch

Then you will make the following:

  • Fresh Papradelle (wide ribbon pasta)
  • Autumn Nut Pesto
  • Arista with Rosemary (Pork Loin) with Autumn Roasted Vegetables in a Rich Tomato Sauce
  • Amaretti and Lemon Pudding

Please bring the following containers to take your food home:

  • 1 x 1L container for your pasta
  • 1 x 200ml container for the pesto
  • We will provide a foil for your pork and a container for your sauce
  • We will provide a baking foil for your pudding
