Join us for a fun packed day preparing some Italian classics inspired by the seasonal larder. You will experience a range of skills including making fresh pasta, preparing, trimming, stuffing and trussing meat, whipping up a delicious dessert and much more.

  • Pappardelle Pasta
  • Slow Cook Beef in Chianti
  • Stuffed and Rolled Pork Tenderloin with Creamed Polenta and Greens-this will be your lunch
  • Autumn Nut Pesto
  • Amaretti and Lemon Pudding
