ANGELA’S SUMMER CURRY FEAST

Angela has chosen some of her favourite curries which she loves to enjoy with friends to share with you. This menu is a crowd pleaser, easy to replicate and perfect for entertaining. During the class you will learn the basis of a good summer curry, how to blend spices and temper dishes.  Throughout the day you will learn how to roast and blend your own spice mixes, how to marinade, and make delicious flat breads and chutneys.

Here is your menu-

Roasted Cauliflower and Spiced Kaffir Curry

Chicken Tikka Skewers- served for lunch with Summer Pilau, Katchumber Salad and chutneys

Naan Bread

Mango and Pineapple Chutney

Fresh Coriander and Lime Chutney

Chicken Jalfrezi, made with slow roasted peppers and tomatoes

Kashmiri Kofta

 

Please bring the following containers for your food- 2 x 2L containers with lids, 1 x 1L container with lid.  We will wrap your naan and pack your chutneys.
