Angela has chosen some of her favourite curries which she loves to enjoy with friends to share with you. This menu is a crowd pleaser, easy to replicate and perfect for entertaining. During the class you will learn the basis of a good curry, how to blend spices and temper dishes.

You will take home a variety of dishes that will make a delicious supper for 2, with some leftovers!

Angela’s  Menu:

  • Seasonal Vegetable Pakora with Pomegranate seeds
  • Tamarind and Date Chutney, and a raw Coriander, Lime, Almond and Green Chilli Chutney
  • Naan Bread with Nigella Seeds
  • Chicken Makhani – this will be your lunch with naan, chutneys and perfect rice (we will pack some rice for you to take away)
  • Roasted Cauliflower in Turmeric Kefir
  • Kashmiri Rogon Josh – using local lamb

Please note: We will pack your chutneys and naan, but please bring 2 x 1L and 2 x 500ml containers to take your dishes home.
