On the strength of the last exciting Classic Desserts class we ran in March, Angela has brought together some stunning desserts for you to create and take home. Throughout the day you will make pastry, blind-bake, make meringue, creme patisserie and so much more!
It’s time for a summer garden party we think, here’s the menu-
- Impressive Raspberry and Rose Meringue Roulade filled with Chantilly Cream and Framboise Sauce
- Tart aux Fraise- a crisp pate sablee pastry, creme patisserie and plump juicy summer strawberries, glazed and gorgeous!
- Angela’s Peach Melba Cheesecake, seen in the picture on the right
