Our ever popular Thai course profiles some new dishes this year, still taking you on an amazing feast for the senses.  You will practise knife skills, learn how to blend spices and make aromatic pastes to use in your every day cooking.

Angela will demonstrate a delicious lunch of Thai Green Curry with chicken and Jasmine rice
