This is one of our most popular courses exploring the flavours of Thailand.  Angela will be sharing some of her favourite recipes that come together to make an exciting feast to share with friends.   Throughout the day you will use a range of knife skills and techniques to make authentic pastes, dressings and spice blends to create your dishes.  So, get ready for big flavours and lots of fun.

Your Menu:-

  • Thai Corn Fritters with Pickled Cucumber
  • Thai Fishcakes with Dipping Sauce
  • Green Thai Chicken Curry
  • Mango Sticky Rice

For lunch, you will prepare a delicious Larb Gai (with free-range Pork) and a classic Pad Thai.

  • 2 x little jam jars for dipping sauces
