THAI CLASSICS

This class is so special, mainly because of the wonderful fresh ingredients we get to work with. They really evoke a sense of place when we prepare and cook our Thai dishes. You will learn a range of knife skills, roast and blend spices and bring together a stunning feast to take home and enjoy.

Here’s your menu

  • Thai Fish Cakes and Dipping Sauce
  • Thai Spring Rolls and Dipping Sauce
  • Gaeng Daeng- Red Curry
  • Kai Yang- Marinated and then barbecued Chicken
  • Som Tum- Green Papaya Salad- Lunch

Please bring the following to transport your feast home-

  • 2 x rectangle containers for the fishcakes + spring rolls
  • 2 small pots for the dipping sauces
  • 1L container for your red curry
  • 1 small rectangle container for a joint of Kai Yang Chicken
  • 1 small container for a little Som Tum- papaya salad
