MY SWEET VALENTINE SUPPER

Love is in the air and what better way to say, “I love you”! Join Angela in the kitchen to create a delicious romantic supper for two with all the special luxurious touches that will make it really special.

There are lots of skill involved, so you will pick up a lot of tips, including how to present your dishes with a little pizzazz. Lunch is included and a glass of bubbly (non-alcoholic available) to celebrate Cupid and all his hard work.

Here is your fabulous menu:

· Rillette of 3 Salmon wrapped in Pickled Cucumber with Rye Toasts, Micro Herb Salad Garnish

· Welsh Beef Fillet Parcels (in fillo with herb crumb, truffle and porcini butter) Bourguignon Sauce

· Winter Vegetable Medley

· Panna Cotta with Chocolate and Bitter Orange Sauce, Praline crumb

· Lunch: Onion and Leek Velouté with Parsley and Crisp Bacon Crumb, Freshly Baked Bread, Baked Camembert and pan chutney

Please bring the following to take your Lover’s feast home:

· 1 plate for your Rillettes

· 2 x 300ml containers for the garnish salad. We will wrap your toasts, your dressing and your Bourguignon sauce

· 1 L container for your en croute

· We will provide moulds for your panna cotta

· 1 x small jar for your chocolate sauce

· We will provide a bag for your veggies and a pot for your praline
