Entertaining friends should be as relaxed an affair as possible, especially for the chef!  Angela will share some great tips for preparing ahead and achieving success on a plate.  Choosing a menu that suits broad tastes is key and with this menu, you will explore a good range of preparation and cooking skills including de-boning a whole chicken, stuffing and trussing.  A delicious lunch with wine is included and you take home everything you make – the perfect supper to share!

Your menu:

* Barbecued Hot Smoked Salmon with Green Olive Salsa and Pickled Cucumber  (This is served as a cold starter)

* Ballotine of Chicken stuffed with Genovese Pesto and Parma Ham

Roasted Vegetable Salad

* Rose Scented Meringue Roulade with Summer Berries, Cassis and Crystalized Rose Petals

Lunch is Included and will be a delicious Pissaladiére Tart with Summer Vegetable Salad


Please bring the following containers to transport your food home-

  • 1 x rectangle container for the salmon + 1 small jar for the Salsa and another for the Cucumber
  • We will wrap your ballotine-
  • 1 x 500g container for the Vegetable Salad
  • 1 x long plate or tray/cake box for the Roulade
