You will learn how to roast and blend different combinations of spices that will then form the basis of some classic dishes using this Summer’s freshest produce. Get ready to be dazzled!

Your menu will be-

  • Arabic Maqluba- spiced layered vegetable and rice bake- delicious!
  • Harissa Chicken cooked and hot smoked on the BBQ
  • Fragrant Herb Salad
  • Seafood Masala Curry- Lunch with Rice, Coriander Chutney
  • Lemon, Saffron and Cardamom Syrup Cake


Please bring the following containers with you to transport your dishes home-

1 dinner plate for the Maqluba

1x large sheet of foil and container for your chicken

1 x 10” plate/box/tin for the cake
