Join us for a fabulous day in the kitchen creating some delicious seasonal Italian classic dishes.  Throughout the day we will work through a good set of skills including making fresh focaccia, ricotta and pasta. Your menu will be full of flavour and vibrant colour, perfect for a lovely supper for 4 people, so why not plan a little soiree?

Here’s Angela’s menu:-

  • Courgette and Parmesan Focaccia
  • Homemade Ricotta Cheese and Pesto Tortellini – Tomato Butter- Lunch
  • Porchetta – crackling stuffed pork loin hot smoked on the BBQ-made with locally sourced pork and garden herbs
  • Lemon Tiramisu with Summer Berries

Please bring the following to take your dishes home in:-

  • We will wrap your bread
  • 1 sml container for left over tortellini
  • We will wrap your porcetta
  • 4 ramekins for the tiramisu
