Paris in the springtime is just beautiful. Take long strolls through the parks or along the boulevards lined with trees, see shop windows dressed to celebrate the new season; it’s very special.

Well we will be creating some of that feeling in our kitchen, so why not join us as we recreate a little Parisian Bistro.

We will be preparing and cooking a menu of classic, seasonal dishes that come together to form the perfect supper for friends or

The day will include a wide range of skills and cooking techniques, so you will feel like a pro as you work through the recipes. Refreshments and lunch are included, and you take home everything you make and will receive the recipes and notes via email following the class.

Here is the lovely menu:

· Pain de Mie – Bread

· Potage St.Germain (a smooth green spring vegetable and herb soup, topped with crisp lardoons and parsley)

· Whipped Cheese, Garlic and Herb Pate

· Tarragon Chicken

· Spring Vegetable Parcels

· Tart Au Citron

· Lunch will be a classic Quiche Lorraine with green salad

Please bring the following to take your food home:

· 3 x 1L containers

· We will wrap your bread

· 1 x 10” plate/box/tin for your tart
