· Fresh Homemade Ricotta and Spring Green Pesto Tortellini
·Arista Pork Loin, brined, rolled in Spring herbs and then slow cooked on the BBQ smoker
· Lemon Tiramisu with Lemoncello
For lunch, you will make a delicious Spring inspired risotto using Asparagus, Peas, Wild Garlic and Crisp Parma Ham.
