Your menu will start classically with bread, then move on to a delicious pasta dish, a main course and then finishing with a delicious sweet treat.

- Fresh Homemade Ricotta and Wild Garlic Pesto Tortellini
- Lemon and Garlic Butter
- Scallopini with Spaghetti and Tomato Sauce – Lunch
- Torta Della Nonna – Dessert
All course notes and recipes will be sent via email following the class.
Please bring the following to take your food home- 1 large dinner plate for tortellini, we will provide a foil dish for your dessert, and we will wrap your bread
