Angela welcomes you to her Parisian Kitchen for a day of classic cooking.  The menu is inspired by the dinner parties Angela prepared when cooking for the Count and Countess De Maigret.  Every day she would walk from her kitchen opposite the Museé D’Orssay, to collect her ingredients for her daily menus.  Expect beautiful ingredients, lots of classic preparation and cooking skills, accompanied by French music and good fun.  You will cook and take home the following:-

  • Pain de Mie
  • Rillettes du Saumon with Pickled Cucumber Salad
  • Pork Dijonnaise, Pommes Anna,
  • Tarte au Citron
  • Lunch- Petit Soufflé au Fromage, Tomato Velouté

Please bring the following to take home your food-

  • We will wrap your bread
  • 1 dinner plate or similar for the rillettes of salmon
  • 1 x 500ml container for the pork
  • We will provide a container for the potato dish
  • 1 cake tin/box for the tart
