Roll up spice lovers and explore the wonderful aromatic world of spice! Discover how classic combinations can define a cuisine and magically transport you to the country of origin, from India to the Far East, there is so much vibrant flavour, colour and aroma. You will roast and blend different combinations of spices that will then form the basis of some classic dishes. Get ready to be dazzled!

* Arabic Maqluba- spiced layered vegetable and rice bake

* Moroccan Chicken Pastilla with Res el Hanout

* Lamuchan Flat Bread topped with Spiced Ground Lamb, Pickled Chillies, Lebneh and Sumac- for Lunch

* Goan Seafood Curry

* Lemon, Saffron and Cardamom Syrup Cake

Please bring the following containers with you to transport your dishes home-

* 1 dinner plate for the Maqluba

* 1 dinner plate/tin/box for the Pastilla- this is fillo pastry

* 1 x 600ml container for your curry

* 1 x 10” plate/box/tin for the cake
