We love Spanish food and on this course we will be preparing and cooking a range of delicious classic dishes.  It will be the perfect feast to share and will feed 4 people, so get the invites out!  Here is your fabulous menu and lunch is included:

  • Open Pie with Roasted Onions, Aubergines and Peppers
  • Green Sauce
  • Salt Cod Fritters (Angela will serve her demonstrated fritters as part of lunch together with fabulous tapas style sharing boards)
  • Chicken and Prawn Stew with Almond and Chocolate Sauce
  • Baked Rice and Currants with Chickpeas
  • Egg and Syrup Flan

Please bring the following containers to take your food home in:

  • 2 x 1L containers
