Here is your Menu:-
- Spice it Up! – Roasted Spiced Cauliflower with Turmeric and Keffir
- Aromatic Pilau with Spinach and Peas
- Classic Italian – Hand Made Gnocchi with Spring Greens and Herb Pesto
- Bake it! – Mushroom Tart with Spinach and a toasted Nut and Parmesan Crumbed Topping
- Lunch – Angela will make a delicious seasonal Minestrone, with a selection of Crostini
All recipes and notes will be sent following the class.
Please bring 1 x 2L container for your curry; 1 x 1L container for your rice; 500ml container for Gnocchi; 500ml container for the Greens and 1 x dinner plate or cake box for your tart – we will pot up your pesto.
