Angela brings the Sunkist flavours of  Provence to her School Kitchen.  You will create a delicious feast to take home and share, making the perfect supper with friends or family.

The day will be layered with skills and techniques, so you will learn as you progress through the course.  Summer ingredients are plentiful, so there will be lots of colours, tastes and textures to combine to produce these dishes.  Lunch is included with drinks so you you can balance your intensive cooking with a little relaxation.

Here’s your menu:-

  • Fougasse with Tapenade and Anchoide
  • Roasted Sweet Peppers and Heirloom Tomatoes, Marinated Cheese with Garlic and Provencal Herb Crumb
  • Bourride – Seasonal Fish and Prawns in a Summer Broth with Saffron Aioli – Lunch
  • Stuffed Chicken Breasts (Genovese Pesto) wrapped in San Danielle Ham
  • Tarte au Fraise

Please bring the following to take your food home:-

  • We will wrap your bread and dips
  • 1 x dinner plate for your Peppers and Tomatoes
  • 1 x 1L dish for the chicken
  • 1 large dinner plate or cake box for your tart
