This day is a “must” for curry lovers.  Join Angela for one of her favourite courses of the year where she will take you on an exciting spice journey.  Discover the art of roasting and blending spices and then create the essence of some amazing Northern Indian inspired curries.

We will make 2 classic spice blends and use them to make your curries-

  • Garam Masala- we will prepare, roast and blend the classic spices to make this curry staple.
  • Tandoori Spice Mix- we will make a marinade for chicken, this will be cooked on the BBQ for lunch and served with Spiced Rice, Naan, Cucumber Salad and Angela’s Tamarind Chutney.
  • Rogon Josh, using local Welsh Lamb
  • Rajma Dal- Red bean curry
  • Mutter Paneer- Curd Cheese with Peas and Indian Spiced Gravy

Please bring 2 x 500ml containers, and 1 x 1L container and 2 ramekins to take your food home
