We will make 2 classic spice blends and use them to make your curries-
- Garam Masala – we will prepare, roast and blend the classic spices to make this curry staple.
- Tandoori Spice Mix- we will make a marinade for chicken, this will be cooked on the BBQ for lunch and served with Spiced Rice, Naan, Cucumber Salad and Angela’s Tamarind Chutney.
- Rogan Josh, using local Welsh Lamb
- Rajma Dal – Red bean curry
- Mutter Paneer – Curd Cheese with Peas and Indian Spiced Gravy
Please bring 2 x 500ml containers, and 1 x 1L container and 2 ramekins to take your food home
